We are seeking a full time Barista to join our energetic and vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to our high standards
* Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
* Handle customer orders and payments accurately using the till/point-of-sale system
* Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
* Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and till operations.
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance the overall customer experience.
Experience
* Previous experience as a Barista.
* Previous customer facing experience.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
* A friendly and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
