We are a well-established provider of high-quality residential childcare, with homes registered with Ofsted. We are looking for a Senior Residential Childcare Worker to join our team in Mickleover, Derby, and help make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
You will work with children and young people aged 10–18 who have emotional, social, and behavioural needs. Your role is to ensure their physical, emotional, and educational development is supported within a safe, structured environment.
