What you’ll be leading on
* Driving the Ofsted registration process and preparing the home for safe, successful placements.
* Embedding high-quality safeguarding, supervision, and compliance standards.
* Providing visible, confident leadership that inspires and motivates your team.

* Working closely with expert colleagues who are invested in your success.
What we’re looking for
* Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to take the step up and make their mark.
* Deep understanding of safeguarding, regulation, and delivering high‑quality care.
* Resilience, integrity, and the ability to lead a relaunch with confidence and compassion.
