Role: Coffee Service Manager Location: London Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Manager to lead our vending service operations and ensure seamless delivery of technical support, maintenance, and repair services. This role involves managing the service desk, overseeing a team of field service engineers, and ensuring best-in-class client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the service desk operations, ensuring prompt handling of client service requests, machine breakdowns, and maintenance inquiries. Supervise, support, and coordinate a team of field service engineers, scheduling daily assignments and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). Monitor and analyse service performance metrics (e.g., response times, first-time fix rate, downtime) and implement improvements as needed. Develop and enforce maintenance schedules, including preventive and corrective maintenance for vending machines and related equipment. Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and usage to ensure timely repairs without excessive stockholding.
