Business Development Manager - Fire & Security
Location: Glasgow, Central Belt, or Edinburgh
Salary: £40,000 basic + commission (OTE £60,000-£70,000)

A leading fire and security company is looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to play a key role in growing a successful business.

Competitive basic salary of £40,000 with attractive commission (4% on revenue)
OTE of £60,000-£70,000 for high performers

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities across fire and security solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales and account management
Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within fire, security, or related sectors
Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage your own territory and pipeline effectively
Full UK driving license
