Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join a high-performing manufacturing team.The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate press brake machines safely and efficientlyInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructionsMeasure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and qualityAdjust machine settings to achieve precise bends and tolerancesPerform routine maintenance and report any faults or issuesMaintain a clean and organised work environmentFollow all health and safety regulations at all timesRequirementsProven experience operating press brake machineryAbility to read and understand technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic knowledge of metal fabrication processesDesirable SkillsExperience with CNC press brake machinesForklift licence (preferred but not essential)Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environmentIf you have the experience and skills required, wed love to hear from you!
