Nursery Manager Divine Childcare Services LTD, Westhoughton, Bolton Were seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager (or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up) with proven leadership experience of at least 2 years. to join our team! Role Purpose: - Manage the nursery day-to-day, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and Ofsted expectations - Be a role model for staff, showcasing high-quality practice with children, staff, and parents - Promote safety, security, and wellbeing for all - Act as Designated Safeguarding Person in the DSLs absence - Lead the nursery to Outstanding with Ofsted - Drive development through a rigorous action plan Requirements: - A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher). - Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) - 3 years nursery experience (preferred) - 3 years childcare experience (preferred) - Excellent leadership, time management, and people skills - Passion for learning and team development - Paediatric First Aid certified - DBS What we offer: - Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,500 per annum - Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week - Generous holiday package: 25 days per annum bank holidays - Opportunities for growth and professional development - Supportive team environment Working Hours: - Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm - Some flexibility required Apply now
