Job Title: Business Development Executive (Part-time), Henham

We provide interior planting solutions, corporate floristry, and project work such as roof gardens and living walls.

The Opportunity:

Due to business growth, we seek a Business Development Executive to identify prospects, generate interest, and set qualified appointments for our sales team.


Location & Hours:

Based at our HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), with flexible working hours of 20/25 per week. The role offers onsite lunch, ample parking, and agile working arrangements.


Responsibilities:

1. Engage with targeted Platinum Sector clients (Design & Fit Out, Property & Facilities Management) to identify decision makers, build relationships, and explore new sectors.
2. Book qualified appointments for the Sales or Key Account Management team.
3. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth department operations.
4. Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams to leverage opportunities.
5. Maintain CRM records, log interactions, and follow processes for efficiency.


Requirements:

1. Good commercial understanding and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
3. Organized, motivated, positive, professional, and confident.
4. Self-starter capable of researching companies, drawing conclusions, and crafting persuasive communications.
5. Confident in outreach calls and professional phone manner.
6. Experience in B2B sales is desirable.


Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: £16,460, OTE: £22,546, FTE: £36,074. Additional benefits include quarterly and annual bonuses, BUPA Cash plan, pension, and 25 days holiday (buy/sell options available).


Additional Notes:
