Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all attendance administration, ensuring statutory obligations and academy targets are met.
* Build positive, constructive relationships with parents/carers to promote student attendance and engagement.
* Conduct home visits to support students and families within our local community.
* Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
* Manage conflicting priorities with professionalism and a strong attention to detail.
* Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment.

* Proven experience in an administrative or attendance-focused role.
* A high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
