Rowe Vet Group are looking for a reliable and organised Insurance Administrator to join our friendly veterinary practice. We are based in the Southwest with branches in Wotton, Brimsham, Thornbury, Winterbourne and a 24-hour hospital in Bradley Stoke. As a valued member of our team, you will take care of the following responsibilities: Completing and processing pet insurance claim forms Liaising with insurance companies and clients Maintaining accurate patient and claim records General administrative support as required Why join us? You will have: Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Confident using computers Previous administrative experience preferred (veterinary experience an advantage but not essential) Your shift pattern You will work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
