Your new role
You will be joining a major £80m hotel development in central Edinburgh, taking responsibility for the full façade package from planning through topletion. As Facade Manager, you will oversee all external envelope works, ensuring technicalpliance, programme delivery, and exceptional quality standards.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage interfaces with structural and internal packages, and work closely with the Project Manager and design team to resolve technical challenges. The role will involve ensuring health & safety adherence, managing programme milestones, and maintaining clearmunication across all stakeholders on what is a high-profile city-centre scheme.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience as a Facade Manager or Senior Site Manager with façade responsibility
2. Strong knowledge of façade systems, including curtain walling, cladding, and glazing
3. Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally within the hotel,mercial or mixed-use sectors
4. Ability to manageplex interfaces between façade and structural packages
5. Excellent understanding of health & safety and quality standards
6. Strong organisational,munication, and leadership skills
7. Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
