Life on the team
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to manage a team of Technicians working within our Maintenance Service Centre.
The team are responsible for the configuration of assets, applying customer images to devices, incident ticket delivery, and the repair and diagnostics of devices.
As the team Manager you are responsible for ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction and service efficiency, in addition to staff development, coaching and motivation within the team.
To be successful in the role you will be a great team leader, able to influence and drive performance in yourself and others, working in a high-pressure environment to tight deadlines and able to meet business objectives.
What you'll do
1. Acting as a role model and creating a trust-based, productive, working environment which is characterised by a positive team spirit.
2. Provide a high level of operational consultancy within the peer group, to internal clients and direct reports, if applicable.
3. Line-management responsibility for the staff within his/her area of responsibility
