I am recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing UK business for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team at an exciting stage of growth.
This is a hands‑on role for a proactive and creative marketer. You’ll work alongside an external marketing specialist and a digital agency on the launch of a new website, before taking ownership of its ongoing management and optimisation. You’ll also deliver digital campaigns, create engaging content, and support marketing automation to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise the company website to ensure it’s up to date and performing effectively.
* Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across multiple channels.
* Oversee paid advertising including Google Ads and paid social.
* Produce content for blogs, social media, case studies, and campaigns.
* Support email marketing and marketing automation initiatives.
* Monitor performance and provide insights to improve results.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of digital campaigns, lead generation, and content creation.
* Experience managing paid advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation.
* Familiarity with website management, SEO, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Excellent organisational, project management, and copywriting skills.
