Part of your role will be to Assist in the Procurement of Subcontractors up to the value of £1.5m, while reporting to the on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor as well as the below duties.
* Contract administration
* Subcontractor management
* Conduct and assist with valuations
* Conduct and assist with measurement
* Assist with cost value reconciliations
* Conduct and assist with interim main contract valuations
* Assist with change schedule management
* Assist with variations (compensation/ additional time/ additional works)
* Conduct and assist with pricing compensation
Desired Skills and Experience
* Sub-contractor or Main Contractor experience is considered
* Experience on build projects is preferred
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
* A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is desired but not essential
