Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the site engineering team, setting clear strategy and standards.
* Ensure reliability and availability of manufacturing equipment and utilities.
* Own maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead capital projects, facility upgrades, and new equipment installation.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality requirements; support audits and inspections.
* Manage engineering budgets and external contractors.
Experience & Qualifications
* Senior engineering leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of GMP and manufacturing compliance.
* Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
* Proven experience delivering capital projects and managing engineering teams.
