Your role in a nutshell
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Uphold the company’s values and vision while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

With over 2,000 products designed to meet diverse customer preferences, our team is on hand daily to engage with customers, learn their needs, and recommend products that make them feel good. We offer products with natural ingredients, many sourced ethically via Community Trade programs. When advising customers on skincare, we’re not just selling products but also helping communities build better lives.
As a Consultant, you will provide expert advice, share insights into our products and philosophy, and engage proactively with customers to find products suited to their preferences and lifestyles.
