About The Role
The role of a Registered Nurse in our care home is a leadership position, key to providing excellent, inclusive, person‑centred care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to each resident.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver person‑centred care to each resident
* Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
* Support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
* Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
* Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
* Undertake any other duties reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager

Required Criteria
* Valid UK NMC PIN
* Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
* The Right to Work in the UK
* The ability to work independently and supervise a team
* Good standard of written and oral English

* A minimum of 6 months nursing experience
* Experience gained in a care home setting
