We are looking for caring, patient, and committed SEN Support Workers to support students aged 19-25 in a specialist high needs autism college.
Your Role
* Support them in lessons and daily college life
* Provide 1:1 support where needed
* Encourage independence, communication, and confidence
* Assist with personal care respectfully when required
* Be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team
We're Looking For
* Experience in SEN or care (essential)
* Understanding and empathy when working with autism
* A calm, positive, and proactive attitude
* A team player who values student wellbeing
