Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience working across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (or specific key stage if required)
* Be flexible, proactive, and confident in different classroom environments
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be committed to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing
