SEMH Teaching Assistant – Resilience and Relationship Building

Pay: £90 to £100 per day
Hours: 8.30am to 3.15pm

This South Glos SEMH provision supports pupils who’ve experienced challenges that make learning tough. They’re looking for someone who can show empathy, stay calm, and help students rebuild trust in school.
Your day might include:
• Supporting pupils with emotional regulation
• Using de-escalation techniques (full training provided)
• Helping to create safe routines during lessons
• Supporting behaviour plans with the pastoral team
• Joining in with hands-on, practical learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
