Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and online channels. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and effectively. Proactively encourage clients to draw on available services, ensuring they get maximum value from their accounts. Provide clear information, guidance, and support to customers to increase engagement. Escalate complex queries to senior team members where required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth customer journey. Support the wider Account Management team with administrative and client-related tasks.
