Were looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high:volume, premium hospitality venue in the heart of Edinburgh.
This is a fast:paced operation with a strong food and drink offering, live entertainment, and a vibrant rooftop space. Youll take full ownership of the business : driving sales, leading the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing the venue commercially.
The ideal candidate will have:
