Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 per year.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the customer receives the best possible customer service and that they are aware of all products and services available.
* Initiate documentation and maintain customer records and follow‑up systems.
* Provide customers with estimates and promptly notify customers when the work is complete.
* Ensure that all jobs passed for warranty/goodwill submissions are accurately invoiced and costed.
* Prepare and present accurate invoices to customers in order to obtain payment in line with company procedures.
* Monitor progress of jobs in the workshop and advise service reception of any delays or issues.
* Provide guidance and advice on mechanical and diagnostic queries as requested by technicians.
Qualifications
* Highly developed interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
* Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
* Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
* Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
* Attention to detail and maintain good, accurate quality of work.
* PC/Web literate.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Retail automotive service experience preferred.

Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 18:00 (with 1 hour lunch).
