We are a high-end pub based in Shoreditch and now looking for a Sous Chef.
This is a 7-day operation and open from 12 noon to 9.30pm.
The menu includes a small selection of snacks and sandwiches with mains focused on our organic, rotisserie chicken.
We serve 30-50 covers for lunch and 50-70 covers for dinner. On Saturday and Sunday, we are typically serving 150-170 covers.
The ideal Sous Chef is someone used to volume, highly organised, and enjoys working in a pub environment with a small, fixed menu.
Service is run with a max 3 chefs in the kitchen, typically two. The Sous Chef role will also involve helping with some Private Events.
The ideal Sous Chef will receive an annual salary of £45,000 per year.
The Sous Chef will also work straight shifts and be part of a supportive kitchen and management team. Lots of opportunities for progression
