A well-regarded specialist school in Lewisham is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a structured and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Building strong, positive relationships with students
* Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred)
* Calm, patient, and empathetic nature
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs
