Senior Corporate Governance Operations Manager
Are you a skilled Corporate Governance Operations & Technology Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If so, we would love to hear from you!
The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of the team’s strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader Governance Function’s transformation plan.
A bit about the job:
This role involves engaging with senior stakeholders, leading complex projects, and encouraging a high-performing team culture to develop and optimise processes that improve the operational efficiency of the Corporate Governance team. This includes assessing workflow automation, process mapping, training, and knowledge management.
The role will also be responsible for optimising technological capabilities and ensuring continuous improvement of operational processes. This includes driving the implementation of new technology and maintaining solutions that support the Governance Function. The position holder will lead projects related to technology upgrades, system integrations, and operational improvements, engaging with internal and external collaborators.
Aviva offers a “smart-working” policy, with approximately half of the time spent working in an office. This role can be based in London, Norwich, or York.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Extensive experience leading operational and technology initiatives within a corporate governance context.
* A strong leader capable of fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in process mapping, workflow automation, and operational efficiency techniques.
* Experience managing third-party supplier relationships and evaluating technology solutions.
