What you’ll do day to day
* Manage the operation of the used car sales ensuring targets are met
* Maintain rigorous control of costs
* Supervise Sales Executives and coordinate sales activity
* Provide training and guidance to improve team performance
* Compile and agree deals
* Ensure administrative procedures are followed for smooth operations
* Maintain showroom and stock management
* Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and referrals
* Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration
