Duties of the Senior Technician:
* Conduct routine servicing, vehicle repairs, and diagnostic work across various makes and models
* Carry out repairs such as clutch replacements, cambelts, head gaskets, etc.
* Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work complies with industry regulations
* Communicate test findings and repair recommendations effectively to customers
* Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency
* Keep abreast of the latest automotive industry developments and safety protocols
* Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and technical expertise
Requirements for the Senior Technician role:
* Level 3 IMI/NVQ qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanical or similar
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with a solid understanding of diagnostics and repairs
* MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop further within the automotive sector
* Full UK Driving Licence
