Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: Evesham
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shifts: Rotating across three patterns:
Monday - Friday: 6am - 3pm
Monday - Friday: 10am - 7pm
Tuesday - Saturday: 8am - 5pm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer to join a growing food manufacturing business based in Evesham.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives on solving problems, maintaining machinery, and ensuring minimal downtime in a high-performing production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery and equipment
Respond effectively to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing promptly
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment condition
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with hygiene and company standards
Adapt and think on your feet to keep machinery running under time-sensitive conditions
Requirements:
Experience in a multi-skilled engineering role within food or FMCG manufacturing
Recognised electrical qualification
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
BOAS accreditation or relevant steam/boiler experience (desirable)
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
