Office Manager (Finance Based)

Keeler Recruitment are working exclusively alongside a construction firm based in Norwich to find an ambitious and driven Office Manager to join their close knit team. Working alongside the Company Accountant and external team, your duties will be;
Assist with the Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly management accounts for the senior team.
Support and analyse the quarterly forecasting process
Management of the Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet including profit, tax and net asset planning
Monthly reporting to the Managing Director
Liaison with external advisers (auditors, tax advisors)
Verifying subcontractors for CIS purposes
Sub-contractor payment runs
Processing CIS payments including HMRC Returns
Assisting with other finance and administration duties.
