As a proactive Health and Safety professional comfortable working across a portfolio of projects, delivering H&S and CDM solutions. in this newly created your remit will include: Provide subject matter advice to project teams on Principal Designer compliance, governance and Safety in Design. Build a collaborative H&S culture by establishing and fostering positive partnership based working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, being recognised as a trusted advocate. Manage and develop existing systems and processes, continuously striving to improve both CDM and H&S processes, policies and procedures. Carry out H&S performance reviews and audits of project delivery and activity, identifying, developing and implementing any improvement initiatives to ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and relevant H&S legislation. Support incident investigation, ensuring close out (including Intelex) and the lessons learned are communicated. Promote best practice in all elements of HSE both internally and externally.
