What You Will Do:
* Load and unload Cobas 8000 analysers ensuring efficiency and precision in lab operations.
* Expertly manage running P671/P612 procedures, contributing to the seamless workflow of the lab.
* File samples with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining optimal organisation.
* Aliquot samples for referrals, collaborating with team members to support diagnostics.
* Oversee pending lists for in-house and referral needs, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
* Manage reagents meticulously to support the smooth functioning of the lab.
* Provide excellent customer service through prompt email responses.
* Field phone calls with professionalism, acting as the frontline for client and patient queries.
