Role Purpose Infinigate Global Services are seeking a proactive Junior Supply Chain Analyst to join our welcoming Purchasing Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. We are pleased to offer this role as a developmental opportunity for a career focused professional; open to early careers professionals with a strong communication skillset and a love for data management. This is a full-time role offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week in office and 2 days working from home. Due to our South Cerney Office’s rural location, public transport is limited and a drivers licence would be ideal. Duties & Responsibilities Raising Purchase Orders on vendors for stock and B2B Actively progressing Purchase Orders with vendors against lead time Management of vendor ETAs and OTIF performance Booking and shipping orders Management of inventory levels against a budget Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers Regular vendor performance review Taking on project work related to department activity General Skills Planning and organisation skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel essential) Data analysis Data recording and presentation Creating and documenting new processes and SOPs (Desirable) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft D365 Creating and documenting new processes and SOPs Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel essential) Excellent working knowledge of supply chain management methodology and processes Personal requirements Infinigate’s values underpin a strong collaborative working culture and successful inclusive working environment.
