Community Support Worker Permanent, Full Time £25,395 - £32,131 per annum Location: Clacton on Sea Working Style: Community-based worker Closing Date: 28th May 2025 The Role As a Community Support Worker, your role will include undertaking Assessments and Reviews in line with our Statutory duties under the Care Act to identify eligible needs and to then generate a person-centred and outcome focused support plan. An essential attribute for the role is to be 'curious' as thinking 'outside the box' is a must to achieve the best outcomes and to fully engage and utilise all that our community has to offer. Other roles include supporting with the teams duty function, supporting as appropriate with safeguarding intervention and multi-agency working. Partnership working with both internal and external partners is essential to achieving the best outcomes for Adults and Carers. As a Community Support Worker, you will need to work proactively to develop sustainable relationships with internal and external colleagues. The work covers all ages (18) and specialisms and is varied and interesting. An induction and appropriate training will be provided. You will also be joining a supportive team that encourages development and growth. It is also really important that you demonstrate a commitment to learning and development to support yourself and the team to deliver the best service possible.
