You’ll manage site operations, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline targets while upholding our commitment to safety and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. * Maximize commercial performance by controlling costs, resources, and subcontractor performance. * Develop and implement Project Plans, RAMS, and ITPs in line with company procedures. * Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships. * Monitor progress against programs, identifying risks and implementing solutions. * Ensure accurate site records, including diaries, cost reports, and defect logs. Essential Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Agent in rail, highways, or civil engineering. * Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, construction methods, and temporary works. * Experience managing budgets, procurement, and subcontractors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * CSCS Manager Card and IOSH Managing Safely/SMSTS certification. ...
