Our award-winning drinks are crafted for modern lifestyles without compromising on flavour. The range includes ready-to-drink and draught cocktails, made using only the finest natural, sustainably sourced ingredients and premium spirits.
SERVED was the fastest-growing RTD spirit brand in the UK off-trade in 2024 and is now stocked in over 20,000 distribution points, including Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Ocado, Spar, WHSmith, Shell, Motor Fuel Group, Londis, Budgens, Bestway Group and Booker Group, with further major national listings planned for 2026.
The UK RTD category has grown by 47.5% over the past five years, reaching a value of £866m in 2025. Within this, the premium ready-to-drink cocktail segment grew by an impressive 87% last year, as consumers increasingly seek high-quality cocktails in convenient and sustainable formats - a trend that shows no signs of slowing down.

The Role
SERVED is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our rapidly growing business. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategically minded and deeply passionate about social media, with a strong understanding of how to create impactful, shareable content that drives growth.
You’ll bring at least 5+ years of experience managing multiple social platforms, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
We’re looking for someone who is not only creative but also highly analytical - someone who can track performance, interpret data, and clearly communicate insights. You take pride creating best-in-class content, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Develop and execute a best-in-class social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, aligned with overall brand and marketing objectives
* Create, plan and publish engaging, high-quality content that drives reach, engagement and follower growth
* Lead the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and briefing through to execution and optimisation
* Identify and capitalise on social trends, ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant and at the forefront of the category
* Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, and community management
* Source, brief and manage a network of creators, ensuring all content aligns with brand tone and standards
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners to drive long-term value
* Work closely with brand partners to amplify social campaigns, including giveaways, events and activations
* Support the planning and execution of social-first campaigns tied to product launches and key brand moments
* Monitor, analyse and report on performance across all social channels, using insights to continuously optimise content and strategy
* Track key metrics and provide regular reporting with clear recommendations for growth
* Stay up to date with platform updates, tools and best practices, proactively bringing new ideas to the team
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand and commercial teams to ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints
What we’ll be looking for in you
* 5+ years of experience in social media and content creation, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or fashion brands
* Proven ability to drive engagement and social growth across multiple platforms
* Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Experience producing low-fi, social-first content across multiple formats (video, stills, Polaroid, camcorder, iPhone)
* Confident on camera and comfortable featuring in in-house content
* Strong content creation skills, including shooting, editing, and showcasing creative flair
* An aesthetic eye for best-in-class content and a clear understanding of what resonates with audiences
* Demonstrated track record of surpassing KPIs and achieving measurable results
* Experience with reporting and analytics platforms to track performance and optimise strategy
* Confident in sourcing, briefing, and reviewing social creators and collaborators
* Results-oriented, commercially minded, and a strong brand ambassador
* Positive, ambitious, self-sufficient, and collaborative - a true team player
* Extremely well-organised, with a structured and methodical approach to work
* Passionate about working in a small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small
* Able to commute to our London office, with flexibility around working practices
