Clean Harbors is seeking a Demand Planner based in Norwell, MA. The role involves analyzing customer and product trends to project future demand, supporting financial volume assumptions, collaborating with sales and customers to develop volume plans, and ensuring supply chain capability and service levels. The Demand Planner acts as a liaison between sales and supply chain, communicates changes, and participates in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Responsibilities include assimilating and presenting performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, OTIF, inventory, and utilization.

Key Responsibilities
* Support production schedule development to align with capacity, lead times, and material availability
* Utilize MRP principles to monitor inventory levels
* Monitor shop floor output and proactively adjust plans to address bottlenecks or delays
* Collaborate with departments to maintain clear communication on production goals and challenges
* Implement and manage materials planning strategies to optimize production flow
* Generate reports on inventory, production, and procurement metrics
* Identify and suggest improvements in material management and production planning processes
* Develop and adjust schedules based on operational and customer priorities
* Ensure health and safety policies are followed and act safely at all times
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field
* 3-5 years of analysis, data management, and reporting experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong presentation and project management skills
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Attention to detail
