Will Trevor at Robert Half is partnering with a SaaS client in Kent, hiring a Financial Controller.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
2. Group consolidation delivery.
3. Fixed asset accounting management.
4. Prepare and analyse financial statements.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
6. Manage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting.
7. Oversee acquisition accounting and integration.
8. Manage intercompany transactions.
9. Prepare statutory reports.
10. Develop and maintain internal controls.
11. Manage and mentor accounting staff.
What We're Looking For:
12. ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified.
13. Relevant industry experience, (SaaS, Infrastructure, Tech)
14. Experience with financial due diligence, debt funding and recurring revenue analysis.
15. Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis techniques.
