Are you an experienced General Manager in a HPME, looking to take charge and lead a state of the art facility for a company who will continually reinvest in your career and reward you with performance bonuses?
This company have been established for over 100 years, providing paperboard and packaging solutions to a wide range of industries, from carboard tubes and cores, to reels of solid board. This company prioritise continuously growing and modernising their depot, to stay on top of the competition, leading the UK market and exporting globally.
The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in an HPME setting, with an understanding of the engineering and distribution of paperboard. You will be undertaking full leadership of production, people and health & safety across the site. You must be able to solve any problems that arise throughout the process, with a hands-on innovative approach.
