A well-established manufacturing business based in Northampton is looking for an experienced Welder who can weld to BS EN ISO 9606-1 and BS EN ISO 5817 standards. Along with a salary of £16.60 per hour (negotiable, depending on skillset), you will also receive:

What youll be doing as Welder:
Youll be part of a busy, supportive team producing high-quality metal components used across the power generation sector.
Key responsibilities:
* Tack and weld metal components to engineering drawings
* Check the quality of parts before and after welding
* Measure, grind, and fettle welded parts using air and electric hand tools
* Support general workshop duties as required (training provided)
Were looking for a Welder with:
* Ability to weld toBS EN ISO 9606-1andBS EN ISO 5817standards (or similar)
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings
* A positive, can-do attitude and hands-on approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and attention to detail
Training and Qualifications:
Youll complete a company welding test before starting, and once onboarded, youll be trained toBS EN ISO 5817welding standard.
