Responsibilities
- Have customer‑facing experience and ability to deal with a high volume of phone calls.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful.
- Professional attitude with commitment and patience.
- Good teamplayer, flexible to cover additional rota absences.
- Ability to use a cart and work across the Otley and Bramhope surgeries.
