We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines. This is a hybrid role based in London, Manchester, or Edinburgh, offering an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise clients and provide technical leadership across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions that address business challenges across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
2. Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, providing technical guidance and implementing quality standards, code reviews, and architectural oversight.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and clients in a trusted advisor capacity to design and implement new solutions.
4. Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational runbooks.
5. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow offerings and identify opportunities to apply new capabilities and AI/GenAI integrations.
