What will I be doing? As Breakfast Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the breakfast service and ensuring our guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. From welcoming guests to overseeing food and beverage service, you’ll manage both the front-of-house team and back-of-house coordination to deliver consistent quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the breakfast service, ensuring smooth operations from setup to close-down. Managing and motivating the breakfast team through clear communication, training, and support. Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, attentive service, and a memorable breakfast experience. Monitoring food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards to maintain excellence. Supporting HR procedures including scheduling, training, and performance management. Managing breakfast-related costs and stock, ensuring profitability while minimising waste. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in line with Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations. Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments to deliver seamless service. Promoting a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment. Handling guest feedback effectively and using it to drive continuous improvement. Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team as needed, including occasional cover for other outlets. Any other duties requested by management which are reasonable and within your skill set. What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager, ideally gained in a hotel environment or similar. A customer service focussed mindset and obsession with delivering high quality service. Self-motivation and a proactive approach. Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail. The ability to maximise revenue growth opportunties.
