Nuco Solutions are looking for a Planner to join our client, based in Cheam. This role will be available to start immediately. Roles and Responsibilities * Plan and manage daily workloads for field-based engineers * Maximise productivity while ensuring all SLAs are met * Act as the main point of contact for engineers and field management * Schedule customer appointments, follow-up works, and annual gas services * Handle inbound calls from engineers and coordinate job allocations * Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling issues quickly * Ensure no outstanding works carry over day to day * Manage planner action lists and area performance * Keep customers informed and proactively reduce complaints * Liaise with internal teams to keep contracts running smoothly * Support the wider team when required Requirements * Strong planning and organisational skills * Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) * Proactive, solutions-driven mindset * Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment * Customer-focused with a professional attitude * Trustworthy and comfortable working with confidential information What’s on Offer * Salary: £29,700 per annum * Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to...
