Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Crawley

Qualification: Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3)
Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and fully qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time permanent position and you will be required to work five days a week, Monday to Friday, in line with school hours.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative activities aligned with curriculum goals.
* Track, observe, and document individual child development.
* Maintain strict safety, health, and child protection standards.
* Provide daily updates and constructive feedback to families.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a productive room environment.
Preferred Skills
* A Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., Early Years Educator).
* Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
* Clear verbal and written skills for staff, children, and parents.
* Ability to implement age-appropriate positive behaviour strategies.
* Proficient in tracking progress and maintaining accurate records.
* Valid Paediatric First Aid certification is highly desirable.

Additional Information
Please note that this role is unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education's child protection and UK eligibility vetting, including a DBS check and satisfactory references. A DBS on the update service would be advantageous due to the urgent nature of some of these roles.
