Multi Skilled Engineer (Facilities Operative) \nBased around Nottingham, Birmingham or surrounding areas. \n35 hours per week | Monday–Friday (9:00–16:30) \nCompany van, fuel card & tablet provided.\n\nAre you a hands-on, proactive engineer with a passion for creating safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplaces? We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to support the management of a diverse property portfolio and ensure high-quality facilities services across multiple sites in the region.
\nIn this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day building maintenance, compliance, and operational support helping to deliver a first-class environment for colleagues, customers, and visitors. You’ll work closely with contractors, internal teams, and the Facilities Manager while having autonomy to solve problems and keep sites running smoothly.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing.\n\nDelivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems. \nSupporting Total Facilities Management across both operational and tenanted properties.
