Hours - Monday Friday 9:00am 5pm, 1 Saturday per month 9am 2pm

The Role:
You will be managing a portfolio of between 90 - 120 properties
Arranging compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT and EPC.
Applying for PRPL - Private Rented property Licences with various boroughs.
Booking and checking Management Inspections
Negotiating the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required
Advising utility companies when properties coming available
Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors
Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
Day to day correspondence
Preparation of tenancy agreements
Serving of section 8 and 21 notices
Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants
Process referencing with Homelet
