Job Description
As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the supply chain, supporting both inbound and outbound operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class service levels.Key responsibilities will include:
3. Coordinating inbound shipments from international suppliers
4. Managing relationships with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
5. Monitoring stock movements and ensuring accurate inventory records
6. Supporting order fulfilment for both retail and e-commerce channels
7. Resolving delivery and transport issues in a timely manner
8. Ensuring all shipping documentation and compliance requirements are met
9. Analysing logistics performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
10. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
The Successful Applicant
The successful Logistics Coordinator candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for delivering operational excellence.Key requirements:
11. Experience in a logistics, supply chain or operations role within a consumer goods or retail environment
12. Strong understanding of international shipping, freight and customs processes
13. Experience working with 3PL providers and freight forwarders
14. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
15. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
16. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (Vlook-ups, Pivto tables etc)
17. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
