Maintenance Mechanic (Day call out engineer 4 on 4 off 12 hours shifts)

Otis is growing and is looking for a Escalator call out engineer to join the London Underground team on 4 on 4 off days 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm. Priority is to ensure the safety to all passengers across the network at all times
working with in our safe systems of work.
On a typical day you will:
1. Carry out 100% of the escalator maintenance involving call outs and repairs of the units within the London Underground network.
2. Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix
3. Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation
4. Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship
What you will need to be successful (adjust for local regulations)
5. Qualifications NVQ 3 Escalator maintenance required
6. You have at least 3 years of experience in the escalator sector
7. You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering
8. You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority
9. You are comfortable communicating to others
10. You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team
11. You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
