Sous Chef role across multiple kitchens within the estate
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen leadership

Training, mentoring and developing junior chefs
Maintaining standards, consistency and service delivery
The Ideal Chef
Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Strong organisational and leadership skills
